    So does it display hours when running? If something flashing then according to Faria (one of the largest OEMs for boat gauges) this is the hour meter counting hours. When it's solid, it senses the engine is not running (based on voltage?) so it is NOT counting hours.

    Inaccurate fuel reading

    It's either the sending unit, the gauge or corrosion in a connection somewhere. I would check those connections and clean them first, then if it doesn't resolve perform a check on the sending unit. There are youtube vids on how to perform this and should be easy if you have a basic DIY skillset.

    Horn not working!

    Yep it could be anywhere. On my newer 2020 model it's located under the deck forward of the helm, starboard and screwed into a metal cross member. I would first look at the outside of the helm for an oval cover, then look inside to see if it's mounted there. If no luck then check underneath...
