I know old thread...I've used on/off on my previous pontoon boat, but wonder if that will damage the sharkhide...i see sharkhide has their own cleaner and it also looks like as acid based..thanks for any input
LOL, removing that knot every time would be terrible...take a closer look at the close up pic...the round white part under the knot simply clicks in...take a few secs to remove all 4..as mentioned the last ones I had for MANY years...still worked like new and no cover interference....
No a fan of the EZ Fenders that came with our boat...replaced with these last month and love them...had the same ones on our previous pontoon for 19 years...
On our lake I rarely see boats running fast at night, especially without lights..cruising the lake looking at stars is hard to do with a pontoon or two 2 miles out coming toward us with his docking lights on...sux...they're called docking lights for a reason...cause they're......for docking
And the docking light are simply not set up like car lights with cutoff lines and proper alignment etc...often aiming every which way...usually way high....they suck, and a huge pet peeve of mine...if you can't tell...lol
I'm a hard no on running docking lights while underway...those things are horrible and can ruin a good nite on the lake, and have many times for us....boater safety courses and common sense should rule, buy often don't..
