    my poles are adjustable. Just extend it until it is snug. don't try and stretch it to tight. then your good to go.

     Bolt it. Use a backing plate also. Screws will let loose over time from moisture.

    I just tilt motor up and out of water, no cleaning needed.

    Boat Lake St. Clair. Was down by lake yesterday and saw 4 boats out on the water. Ice is gone.
