Well the dealer called Friday about my leaking toon. It is in a weld under the keel. Bennington is sending a brand new toon to be installed. I though that was awesome that they are replacing it and are not going to try to fix it and maybe it not be right.
After leaving the boat at the marina for the week we return to find it sinking. The starboard tune was sinking in the back about 5 to 6 inches lower than port side. I checked both toons there is no scratches, dent or dings that I can see. There is part of the tunes that were sitting on the bunks...
Deer creek is plagued with logs floating all over to. I did not see any other type of trash though. I was letting my wire drive for awhile and she hit a log that was floating right under the surface. Luckily it didn't hurt anything .
I got to bring home my 22 slx last weekend. We were able to get it out on the water. Wow what a nice boat. It really turned some heads on the lake and at the dock. Benny style...
Great Dane does your trailer have surge brakes or electric? I believe that surge brakes are self contained and doesn't need a aftermarket brake control like electric.
