Are you using the remote? Try the switches on the control box. I had a remote that the battery holder broke loose (coin cell) and had intermittent connections. Purchased a replacement remote. $100
The lights came with a plastic channel, I pre-drilled them so I could add some stainless screws. Used the tape and drilled screws where I could, but on the starboard side I didn't have enough room for the channel to fit because of the wiring harness, so I zip tied lights to the wiring harness...
I bought these from Pontoonstuff.com. Don't have any pics of it in the water yet, but here is what it looks like on the trailer.
Easy to install. I have a rocker switch for a livewell on my dash but no livewell, tapped power there for lights.

If all boat launches had cameras, someone could produce a reality show and it would be extremely entertaining. Just need to bleep out all the cussing that happens. The Cartoon "Family Guy" did a show on this and nailed it!
