2015 21 SLX, cover

Just bought a 2015 21SLX. This cover came with the purchase, but I can't figure out how to use it! Can anyone help?

My 2006 2250GL had grommets on the cover that came with boat.

Yes, those are grommets. Could it be for the privacy enclosure?

Never saw anything but snaps or quick clips. What did it use for connections?

I replaced it quickly with all snap cover. Really don’t remember. It had grommets and snaps. Grommets around the Bimini poles as what I remember to tie around.

 

[Remediation]

I don't believe that is a Bennington mooring cover. There is no Velcro and lace ties at the cutouts for the Bimini poles.
