Our new boat sits low in the back. People want to sit under Bimini but too much load need to move people in the sun and they like that. Very disappointing. Is this normal and can anything be done?

As with any boat, everyone won't fit under the bimini. With 2 tubes you have less buoyancy so pretty much it is what it is. We had 11 on our boat on the 4th and I had to move some around. You're the captain so you make the rules to keep everyone safe.

with only a 18' boat you have only one choice but to distribute the weight evenly over the entire boat. this is less a problem with a longer boat. Also be sure you don't have any water in your pontoons.

It’s sad that only one person can basically sit in the back. Our other boat four people could sit in the back.

Did you verify that the capacity would meet you needs before your purchase ?
As per the group conversation you initiated .The web site states 7 people for an 18 ft ,you stated weight sticker lists 975 as maximum weight
