ACC switch keeps tripping breaker

Hi! I put my boat in the water today and tried to turn on the ACC switch to turn on my fish finder and radio. These would not turn on and I noticed that the breaker tripped. I reset it and it tripped again. I'm unable to get it to hold its reset. Is there anything I can do to fix this myself? Thanks!

Must a have a dead short somewhere if the breaker is tripping instantly or a bad breaker. If your battery was disconnected make sure ALL the ground wire were re-attached.
