I have a 2018 benny fishing pontoon. When I turn on the accessory button that controls the depth fish finder and/or the radio the button gets REALLY hot to the touch. I'm afraid to leave it on long. Any ideas?

Believe it or not, that little bulb in there gets very hot but there's no problem.

Oh thank you, I have been so worried as I have not wanted to use the button worried I would fry some wires. If this is the case then I should makesure the other button does the same. I really appreciate your help! Now if u can answer this last question u r golden. How do I tow a tube? I use the V tow thing that hooks to both back hooks. My problem is with this boat the ladder is in the way. What r people doing?

    None of mine get hot...

It's possible you have a bad switch making a poor contact and overheating. Try this. Turn it on, but turn off all the accessories it feeds like the stereo and fish finder. The idea is to have the light on, but no other current flowing through it. Then you will know for sure it's just the bulb.
