Hello,

Searched this site and am trying to find the best approach to water in storage areas under the seats. The rim of the seat has small hole that allows water to drain into the tub under the seats.

Thanks for any tips and what others do to get the water out of the storage areas.

Unfortunately it's poorly designed. If there was 1/2" of space around the seats like a few other boats that I've seen the water would drain right out. My new at this so waiting to hear if anyone has a good idea. My boat is covered, but any water that drain inside will remain there.

There should be drain holes in the "tub" too. Small amounts may not completely drain out, but if you got an inch of rain and didn't have your cover on, it would find its way out. If you always put your cover on and are just worried about small amounts, like from wet swimsuits, just plug the holes in the rim and wipe it out at the end of the day. I don't think it's designed to get every drop out.
