We like to night fish and cruise the lake at sunset / evening. My 2010 22SFI didn't have the LED light option. I started researching LED rope lights and found these from Platinum Lighting of Las Vegas, NV. Switch came from Jerry Whittle of Lewisville, Tx a great Bennington dealer. They went out of their way to help me find the correct switch.

We took the bimini top to our local Tailor Shop. I took a couple of the light clips to make sure he got the button holes the correct size. He determined the top material needed additional backing support, he is the pro on tailor needs.

Overall this was an easy project, hardest thing was getting the pull string down the bimini frame. Piece of a Wally World bag, and string with a vacum works every time. Make sure you pull the anchor / navigation light wire out of the bimini frame while drilling holes. You don't want to damage this wire.

Rope Lights: Platinum Lighting, Las Vegas, Nv. Bright White LED ½”, plastic clip.
