i have a 2011 2275rcw. The battery cable and primer bulb sit in water I the well in front of the motor. Has any used something to suspend the cables and fuel up out of the water?

Just pull your slack up into the boat. No need for all that extra hanging out.

Make sure that the primer bulb remains vertical, and oriented properly.
