Carpet wet under table

2011 Model 24SLI appears water entering through hole in deck (plywood) for recessed table base. Is a cover missing below deck that seals this opening or do I caulk all exposed edges of the plywood & carpet? Thanks

If a new boat it should be under warranty so have them fix it so you don’t possibly impact the warranty

2011 is out of warranty. Caulk it.

If caulking doesn't cure problem consider underdeck skinning, be glad you did, such a smoother ride. My boat had water appear at the helm, was wave crashing up underneath the boat. Underskinned for better ride also cured the water seepage
