Electric trailer dolly suggestions

I'm considering an electric dolly to help me move my boat around a tight parking/turning area with a packed gravel surface. I'm most attracted to the Canadian made Parkit 360. Looking for experiences or suggestions...

Chuck,I have that dolly. I use it with my JimGLo enclosed car trailer. Works like a champ.
