Extra Deutsch Connectors front of 20SL

Has anyone ever tapped into the two extra wiring connectors on each front corner of a 20SL. If so what controls them?

If you don't have docking lights, I believe that's what they're for.

They are for docking lights. At least that is what the dealer told me.
