What is the true intended purpose of this bracket found on the rear of the port toon? What is the circle in the top for?

It made a nice spot to mount the depth finder, but there has to be more to it. Doesn't there?

And the paddlewheel for the speedometer. Don't get your hopes up, though. My speedometer (brand new) is FUBR'd.

Ummmm . . . Not for sure, but I think that is the mounting spot for the 12 V pump for the livewell. IIRC, that is what is there on my Mom and Dad's 2275FSI.

It's for anything you need to mount in the water, fish finder, live well intake. They had to put something like that on it since you can't drill into a pontoon to mount something.
