I was wondering who has the oldest bennington on the water.


I have a 2001 2275 cs. Center console 90hp mercury outboard

You can tighten up that Bimini top by disconnecting the 1st pole from the railing then sliding the other end up the 2nd pole then reattach it to the railing. It'll be nice and tight and won't flap around while you're underway.....

When I purchase things, I try to get exactly what I want, and might over-pay a bit, but then keep them for a long time.  Our two cars are 2003 Envoy and 2006 Saturn Vue, both with approx 200K miles.  I had a 1997 Hurricane Deck boat that I am now giving to my BIL.


With the Bennington, we ordered it with much technology and upgrades.  At 70 yrs of age, will probably be my last boat.


I tell everyone on boats, rvs, cars to buy used and save money, but I buy new and order exactly what I want.
