What motor mounting height is best for a 2250 GL with twin 25" round pontoons? My motor is a Yamaha f115. Currently it is mounted as low as possible on the transom. Thanks

Leave it there. You won't see a change worth while raising it.

Andy is correct unless you have lifting strakes, the anti-cavitation plate should be just at the top edge of the water when on plane, hence the lifting strakes. If the motor is extremely deep in the water you may see a little quicker pick up by raising it up but not the numbers you see on here related to the triple toons etc. without lifting strakes you just have a displacement hull.
