Navigation Light Problems

I replaced the bulb in my rear navigation light and now the neither the front lights or rear will light up. On my dash the switch just blinks and that is it? Is it a bad fuse or what? Any help is appreciated.

If the switch light blinks it means it’s getting some power, so that probably rules out a fuse. When you flip the switch the other way what happens? Do the front nav lights come on, and stay on? What does the anchor light do then? Does the switch light still blink. I’m thinking loose connection, but the blinking switch light is weird.
