I have a 2000 2575fs that I purchased new in 2001. The bennington factory cover needs replacing. The boat sits in the water year around in a covered slip. I want a simple easy to use replacement. I don't need a heavy duty cover like the factory cover with the tent poles. Matter of fact I would prefer a lighter "shower cap" type cover that I wouldn't have to snap into place. One with elastic in the hem with no snaps. Something that would be easy to pull on after a long day on the lake and pull off when ready to go again. Basically a dust cover. Over the years the boat often did not get covered due to the labor required with the factory cover. Any suggestions?

Think a local canvas shop might be able to meet your requirements

I’ve thought about something like this for the same reason. Our’s is under a lift canopy, but a lighter and easier to put on “dust” cover would be more ideal than our heavier duty factory cover.
