No power to engine or accessories or trim

M 2017 benny s20 fish pontoon has a 2 bank charger...1 for trolling motor battery and other for motor and accesories battery. Trolling motor works, nothing else works. When i plug it in to charge the minnkota dual charger says troll motor battery fully charged but ck connection on other battery. I hooked up a regular battery charger to the motor battery and itsays its fully charged. I checked dual charger main fuses and did not help. Please help....

Do you have a battery switch / combiner on them? If so, what position do you have it in when trying to charge?
