Installed an on board battery charger last year for convenience more than anything. Installed a ProMariner ProSport8 dual bank charger with a Noco plug. Drilled through the back wall for the plug and mounted the charger on treated 2x4’s mounted to the lounger frame. The charger is located to the lower right of battery #2 in the pic. Works excellent! The downfall of this location is you have to open the seat to vent the compartment before you plug it in due to the possibility of gas fumes.

Nice job.
I have an on board charger on my CC and sure makes it easier since it is on a lift with power.
Again, nice job and good pics..

Excellent professional looking install.

I have always used them on my fishing boats in the past and have been debating if I need one for the Benny.

If I use the boat once a week or more then I do not use the charger but there are times when I may go several weeks without taking her out and then I just walk down and plug in the charger to keep the batteries up to peak charge...
It doesn't take many times taking the batteries down below 11 volts to kill a starting battery...

I have the same battery set up in my 2574GCW. I have the same charger. Didn't figure out where I could mount the charger. you attached 2x4s to the lounger. Is that forward of the cranking battery? Inboard or outboard side? Another picture would be great.

Here’s some more pics giving a better perspective. If you zoom in on the top pic, you can barely see the charger above the cranking battery. Then additional pics with better detail including how the screws come through the lounger. Let me know if you need anything else.

Added pics to last night’s post....

That really is a great set up. I love when people do these sorts of tweaks to their boats that are clean and professional looking. The drawback of course is it inevitably leads to: “Hmm, maybe I should do something like that.” Words my wife just Loooooves to hear in regards to the boat.
