Replace front door

Hello all. I need to replace the front door on a 20 ft ss. Anyone ever do this?

Should the rivets be drilled out on the old door and the existing hinge on the pontoon fence be left and the new door lined up to the existing hinge?
Or
Does the new door already come with a hinge attached and you have to drill the rivets out on the fence side?
What size bit was used to drill out old rivet? What size new rivet was used? Did you have to use an air gun?

Not being handy myself I would ask dealer or some metal shop how much to do it

I replaced my door a few years ago, the rivets can be drilled out and the same holes used for the new ones. i drilled the ones out of the door, new hinges do not come with the door. You may want to ask your dealer or Bennington what size rivets to use. I can't remember the size but I know it was an easy job. I used a standard rivet gun. The rivets were 3/16.
