I did a take-out of a Sony CDX-H905IP marine radio from an abandoned boat. How do I go about testing it to see if it works? It looks like too nice a unit to just toss out. Thanks.

You can use an old computer for 12v power, or almost any battery with home made power/ground cables, then just hook up a couple speakers.
