Anyone have any experience with the contoured Taylor made pontoon fenders.  New to toons and would like to protect the new boat as much as possible.  Any advice is welcome.

You're better off with round fenders. I had them, I hated them.

Main reason is they were not easy to use. If you put them on you had to leave them on and they would catch the water while underway. They were made to fit in one spot and that wasn't always where you needed them to be.

Get six or eight (couple spares) 6.5 x 24 sized fenders and a method of hanging then so you can easily adjust height and position.

We keep 4 of the G4 size on our boat and use the gray clips to hang them. Had a local guy make a stainless holder for them that I mounted on the stern. Been doing with that set up so far.

Thought about doing the same thing. But haven't gotten around to it yet. Have any pics?
