Just wanted to thank all of the contributors to this forum for their comments and advice. I have been reading through many of the posts this past month during my pontoon boat education and selection process. While I probably increased my original budget by 50% or more... I'm hoping we'll be happy with the boat I ordered last Sunday:

Nice build! I’m sure you’ll love it. I’ve been on Candlewood a few times... would of been full time but I talked her into to moving to Pennsylvania!
My wife grew up on Hayestown Rd. At the bottom of the lake.

My in laws built a house there in the late 70’s, my wife had purchased it from them in 05, they retired to NY (our free to use lake house!)we met in 07 and suckered her into moving to Pa in 08. I’m sure you’ll get many years of enjoyment with your Benny on that lake!

Trim the lower unit up at 30 mph and throw the throttle to it. A gust of wind will lift the boat and that's where it gets exciting.
