Tips For Restoring Gas Gauge Operation?

The gas gauge on my 2275 2015 GCW with SPS center toon has stopped working. It becomes pegged on Full when I turn the key on and stays there no matter how much gas I use? The wiring and wire plug to the sender on top of the fuel tank look good and I don't see any loose or disconnected wires behind the dashboard or gauges. Everything else electric on the boat works fine.

Can anyone here give me some ideas on a fix?

Check your ground connection.

Mine did that once, the float was stuck at the top. Pull unit and make sure float slides up and down easily

This too. You could try tapping on top of tank at sending unit to see if it “pops” itself loose.
