and they came out great. paid $360 for the wash ($15 per foot), $29.85 for the muriatic acid, and $50.85 for the Brite Toon. speed and rpm's up on the boat. did 39.2 mph today with 1/2 tank, 80 degrees and top down on lowest arm. garmin says record is 43.7 mph. talked to origional owner and he did it with 1/4 tank or less and 60 degrees. i was down around 34 mph before the clean so got back 5 of the lost 9 mph (not sure but other 4 may be in conditions). toons look good. took off some of the black scuffs as well so very happy with the result. thanks all for the advise.

Picture ? Now Sharkhide and keep them looking good!

Seems a bit much for an acid wash. But as long as you're happy with the results......Just paid $150 to have our boat done in the fall. Agree with Illinois.....Sharkhide it! It'll be easier to keep clean and it will look better longer.
