VHF Marine Radio?

Any advice on handheld VHF marine radios? Looking for "good value"...

I have a Uniden Atlantis (about $90) that has served me well for over 10 years.

It is relatively waterproof, works well and has the NOAA weather channels.

C'mon Spring!

Thanks, I was looking at that model. Amazon has them for $70. Nice to see a model (design) last 10 years these days... They must have done something right.

The price you found seems very reasonable. I have been thinking of replacing mine. While the radio works well, the rechargeable battery is getting tired and one of our pets decided that the rubber-covered antenna was a cool chew toy. :angry: (still works!)
