wishing to install a winch in the front of my 2014 Benni 22SSX

Would like some direction on putting a winch in the front of the boat. Thoughts on brands, HP, etc. Would also like to run power back to my battery. Should be straightforward. Right???

If your talking for anchor, I have a MinnKota Deckhand 40 and love it. Dealer used romex back to battery, and small wiring harness for helm switch.

Make sure you get outdoor/underground rated Romex!! It is usually a grey color instead of white.
