Yeah I did it for several reasons. Yep probably won't get stolen plus it's off the dash and out of the direct sunlight. I've had friends on the boat and they always ask what the music source is (since they don't see anything). I just have my Classic Rock and Country playlists on there and just put it on shuffle. I can control the songs from the all three of the remotes and it charges while it plays. Simple.
