That’s a very common problem. My vinyl did the same thing in the same places. If you put a new skin on it will do the same thing in a few months.
The problem is the foam is broken down, and the seat is stretching more then it’s suposed to. So if you replace the skin make sure you replace the foam with HIGH density foam.
