Nice idea on the cooler mounting. I don't have the grill stand plate like you do, so I would likely rotate my cooler 180 and push it out to the edge of the extended deck. The starboard side deck is worth it's weight in gold. The port side, not used at all on our boat. This is a way to make use of it...
