Starboard side, bow looking to stern. Note that on my GCW the perimeter trim is an extruded "E" channel, so mu original idea of using 1/2" angle to mount the led strips to is getting scrapped. The middle leg is 7/16 wide, and the strips are 3/8" wide so they will fit perfectly on that.
