Ken from prop Gods gave me the needed info. as the shaft is 3/4-16 thread.

Just got off the phone with Mercury and the guy I talked to cannot find that information so I will call some local mechanics to see if they can tell me.

I have a Bennington L23 with a Mercury 250 s4 basically a standard all black 250 4 stroke with a 1.25 prop shaft. I was wondering if anyone knows what the threads are for the prop shaft as I have to chase them with a die because of a nick on the threads. Some say they are 3/4-16 but they weren't...

Guys, I think Vikingstaff might have it right as I tried a Enertia 15x15 this weekend and the motor is still pulling 6000 RPM and speed is at 44.5 with my wife and I and 1/2 tank of gas. I wonder if the enertia eco 16x17 would keep my rpm's in the range or not or just go with the 14.5x17...

Thanks for the numbers as I have contacted them also and they are the ones that said I am propped great with the numbers I told them but I think it could be better. I will let this forum know what happens with the 15 x 15 enertia as any info is good info.

Thanks for all the information as currently I'm trying to find a 15 X 15P enertia to try as Ken from propgods suggested no more than that at this time. What was interesting he said I was only getting 5% prop slip and he seems to like the enertia props also.My friend has a power tech 15.25 X 17...

The verado has a different gear case ratio also as mine is 1.75/1

Toons are clean and after talking with Propgods and mercury they say I'm hitting the rev limiter if thats true as my high RPM for my motor is 6000.I wish someone with a L23 and the ESP center toon would chime in and see what they are running.

I talked to Mercury and Propgods today and Mercury said with the RPM running 6000 that I am right where I need to be and after talking with Propgods he told me to try a 14 or 15 enertia and he would be interested in how the 15 might do but could take my RPM's down to low. I am out looking for a...

I tried to use the prop selector on the performance tab but my pitch is lower than what is offered as 15P is the lowest it goes and mine is a 13P.

The F250 is their normal fourstroke 250 out of the 3 250's they offer. lower end.

By the way I forgot to tell all that I mostly want to cruise and get better gas mileage if possible.
