Yes it slides right in. I also attached my amp to the top of the box.I added 4 rubber feet on the bottom and it doesn't move. I still have some storage. The 10" Kicker subwoofer faces forward

I made one for my 2018 21SL just last year but I don't remember the dimensions. I have attached the cut sheet for my 1.1 cubic foot box. Glued and screwed with Raptor bed liner rolled on. Sub facing forward.

I use Boat Bling Hot Sauce. Just spray on and wipe off.

I called and asked Bennington when my boat was delivered in April 2018 because I had tags on it that said Sharkhide was on it and I didn't order it. They said they apply it to the winter builds when delivered to the northern states at no charge. I gave them my hull number and they confirmed it.

Looking at my registration right now on my 2018 Bennington and it shows the 9th and 10th figures as C and 8. My boat was built in March(C) of 2018(8) and delivered April 13th 2018

That would be frustrating. The small welded holes will be just as good as new. Don't let this ruin your summer time fun. Let them fix it temporarly and deal with if on the off season. Dents and tears are a differant story. Be persistent. I'm sure all the other manufactures have leaking tubes...
