Hello everyone. I have a 2024 Tri toon and am wondering what the best method is to care for your pontoons. I am thinking about taking Blue Magic metal polishing cream to them as I’ve heard it works well.
Totally agree with everything you are saying. I love the boat and even if 43 is the top speed I’m fine with it. Obviously I was probably looking at a 450 test result rather than a 350. I have come to learn that I can only run a revolution x prop due to the V10 and its gear box. So limited on...
Also now that I think about it we were in some ruff waters and took a tidal wave over the from bow so I’m sure that the reason for the water in that area of the center toon. Totally forgot about that wave lol. My bad.
No hours on the boat when I got it. Also thank you for recommending me to Ken. He is full of knowledge. Come to find out because I have the Verado V10 I can only run a revolution X pro on it due to its gear box.
I saw the water in our center storage area in the center pontoon. Yes there is water in the transom area but when I was unloading ice chest in the storage area that’s where I saw the water.
That’s great info. Thank you sir. Much appreciated. I’m sure I need to factor in # of persons on board and weight, full capacity and personal belongings but you all have been a great help.
So you are talking about plugs for the prop? If so the way it sits is the way I received it from the dealer and no plugs where given to me or offered. I will get ahold of Ken at propgods for sure. Thank you for your recommendation.
I also looked at and in my center toon and it had maybe an inch and a half of water in it. I’m thinking that is normal due to it being open in the back.
