Need help identifying the replacement bracket for the transducer. Not sure what model transducer but it’s attached to a Simrad go7.

I didn't formally transfer the warranty because of the great distance involved. I spoke to the dealer who sold me the boat and we had an “off the record” discussion about it and I left it at that. Thanks again for the input.

Not the original owner and nearest dealer is several hours away.

Thanks for the input. The bolts are not marine grade and the plywood has a bit of rot. Going try to move them over.

I lifted the the lounger pad to switch batteries and the strut bracket ripped out of the lounger pad. It appeared to be a combination of rusted bolts and rotten wood. Has anyone had this happen? Any tips before I start trying to remove the under cushion fabric to see whats in there? I'm...

I noticed a couple of small holes in my upholstery. Any recommendations on a product to prevent further expansion would be appreciated.

Thanks to everyone who replied. I reset the echo/transducer settings and it came back on. Another crisis averted. A good weekend to all :)

My simrad Go7 stopped recording depth while on chart screen. Reads perfectly including depth on downscan screen. Transducer had minimal growth that brushed off. Any thoughts are appreciated.

Its a 2021. Those are good ideas. Have had no problems since. I'll repost if anything changes, thanks!

Dropping it to the back. The breeze on those occasions probably pushed it slightly forward to the popout angle. Thanks again for the response.

Yes that is the way it is. I think the breeze hit us just right and moved it forward/up and off the pin. I have to focus on not letting it get to the escape angle when putting it up and down. Thanks for the photo confirmation.

That would make sense. The boat came like this from the dealer. The current setup is that the pin sits in the groove shown in the pic. I'm not sure how the black part would sit if the pin went through the curved hole. I'm trying to find more info. I will take a look today.

I have a couple of bridges in my area that require dropping the bimini. I have had two occasions in a light breeze that the center posts popped out. Definitely not easy getting them back in while on the water. Everything seems tight and secure. Any thoughts are appreciated.

Thanks to all who replied. Posting here for the next person who searches. I just ended up cutting and splicing the wires (with heat shrink connectors). The part that is designed to break and prevent damage to the bimini is under 20 bucks (perko). Off to the sandbar for sunday funday and one...
