We took the boat out this past weekend and it performed great. 4 people and it cruised at 35 mph. The prop currently on it is a 15" x 15p stainless, mildly cupped. The prop that came with the boat is 14.5" x 15p.

The Yamaha has a 20" shaft.

I'm not sure which prop I am currently running. Had the boat out yesterday. Didn't go WOT, too many people. Started cavitating at 2500rpm.

I have a 2011 22' GCW, 150 Yamaha and Elliptical pontoons also. I have had the exact same problem since I bought the boat. With just two of us, it runs great and hauls. But with 4 or more, it cavitates. I have tried two props also. I'm wondering if a jack plate would help.
