Swing back lounge area repair

Recently went to access the stow area under the lounger of our '18 G23 Swingback and all three of the screws holding the left hinge completely came out. Looks like there are some anchors that came out with two of the screws. The right side hinge is fine. Any suggestions on fixing this? Also...
