Other owners on our lake have had some damage so when I saw the extra vegetation I took action. I also have a trap set but haven't caught the little bastard yet. No protection but proactive!
Noticed that a muskrat was using my transom for his foo supply. One of those blue toilet tank pucks that keep the toilet bowl clean did the trick. He doesn't like blue water.
I have a 15 year old Bennington. Since new I have replaced the docking cover about 2 years ago. The only thing that was bothering me was the look of the bimini cover. It was in good shape except for the fading. I bought a can of Rustoleum "hunter green" and it turned out to be a unbelievable...
I am sick and tired of replacing this globe every year. Anybody else ever jury rigged an alternative. Perko's material just disenagrates after a season. It's made cheap to be replaced every year and thats B.S.!
