It's been over a month and Bennington hasn't even processed the warranty transfer - dealer has no ETA. Left someone at their corporate number a VM 2 weeks ago and no reply.

I called the dealer a few times this week, and they haven't replied to me. Hopefully, I can get a reply tomorrow. This toon was not a rental, but has sat for the last few years.

Ironically, it would seem the warranty for 2nd owners is better on the older boats! Current: To the extent that the original end consumer transfers this warranty to a second end consumer, that second end consumer shall only receive the benefits under this warranty for a maximum of five (5)...
