@Jack M I couldn't tell what wire is the antenna wire.
The black coiled up paired wire appears to *speaker wire loop and the black line with the molded connector is an aux audio input.
Can you tell what might be the radio antenna wire from these photos?
Edit*
I'll try to ream them with something to clear them out. Seems I remember when I installed my fish finder after I first got the boat home I could see some clear plastic tubing hanging down in a few locations but thought they might be the under seat cubby drains. Some appeared to be kinked iircc...
I emailed CLR Marine asking what size rung there ladder extesions fit and there response was:
The three step will fit 1.25” rung.

The two step fits 1” rung.

I don't...
Should the cup holders on my boat drain? All but one holds water and there appears to be a rubber "gasket" drain hole in the bottom but they don't drain. There doesnt seem to be a way (or if there is they are stuck) to remove them and see whats going on.
Anyone know of an extension ladder that will work on a '22 20LLG with Extended Aft Deck with Curved Ladder?
I found one on CLR Marine but not sure if it will hang over the rungs on the curved ladder.
Well thanks fr your service moderating the website then!
A whole class of destroyers named after a family member... definitely something to be proud of!
Thanks for the quick response @Jack M I'll take look under there and see what I can find out.
Do you know what the threaded hole with the black cap is used for?
Also - Thanks for your service. My father was a plank owner on the USS Fletcher DD-445
2022 20LLG Antenna Location
My stereo reception is terrible and have often wondered why there is no antenna.
Can someone verify (attached) if this is where an antenna should be located and where I can buy one? There is a black threaded cap that states "use seastar products only" but I cant seem...
Sorry @Timdelta got mixed up..... question shouldve been to to dclboater
dcl - is your dealer upgrading you to a Simrad bc the current gauges are inaccurate and its the only way to correct the issue or are you paying additional cost for the Simrad upgrade?
@Timdelta Just curious - Is your dealer upgrading you to a Simrad bc the current gauges are inaccurate and its the only way to correct the issue or are you paying additional cost for the Simrad upgrade?
Thats a really nice boat and the Simrad is super $$$ nice!!
Now that you mention, it seems like my tach will show off on occasion as in at idle its normally around 1k but sometimes might show 2k and the reading when underway off accordingly. I'll take a picture of my gauges when I get a chance...
Lol. You guys must have the very best dealers. I left them a message asking and I’ll let you know the response!
Questions:
How common is this on a brand new Bennington?
Is there a way to adjust or calibrate either?
I’ve done a full resto on a boat so I’m handy with a wrench and a meter.
OMG… not all! That’s unacceptable quality.
I have 2022 boat and it had spot on my stern seat that looked like it was repaired with that fabric patch goop. Fortunately I noticed it when I did my final walk down before towing it home. I asked my sales person and she said she forgot to mention...
I have a 2022 20LLG with ~50hrs on it. When trim is all the way down the trim gauge shows it is 1/4 up. With a full tank of gas the fuel gauge shows 3/4 tank.
