Thanks for checking Jack. I guess i'll have to continue pestering the boss lady about putting a roof on the dock. It has the sockets pre-installed but good lord they want 36K for a roof and hydrohoist!
There is a canvas shop about 2 hrs away. I don't know what warranty might be on the cover. I'd assume if it is altered Bennington would void any warranty (again not knowing if there is one on the cover).
This is what im talking about. Im very aware of summer storms etc. and always button up boat/dock when imminent. I tend to hang out on the boat weekends so Thursday - Sunday I pull the cover and raise the bimini. Monday through Thursday I'd set like in your reference photo if i could as it...
Good gosh! What year boat was this? Im glad your cover didnt get a hole at the front bracket. On mine the bracket is a vee/pointy but it sounds like it will wear out anyway. I guess it doesn't matter since its not designed that way (and I wouldn't want to take it 2 hrs away to have it modified...
The front Bimini frame "bracket" is covered by the cover so the bimini has to be retracted to install the cover. All it would have taken was another velcro/drawstring point at that front braket. The bracket also protrudes creating a stress point to the fabric when the cover and support poles are...
Im sure your dealer can fix that for you when you bring it in. (My dealer is too far and i cant justify hauling it in for that).
I dont have a speedometer wither - just using GPS to check speed.
I have the options section but it only states "SPS Performance Package 20 FT with Transom Fuel Tank 903285" (maybe that 32 is identifier)
just did a build a boat and it shows up but now it seems the 20LLG no longer has an extended aft option and to get that you have to select 20LL.
I thought I...
Got her back in the water after good overall cleaning, tube power wash, oil, filter and lower unit gear oil change.
Cruising at WOT was 5800rpm 32mph so much improved after cleaning the tubes. I guess its the regions under the bunks that i couldn't get to not allowing it to get where it was new...
My boat build sheet states in the standard features section 24gal 21.4 usable. In the included options section it states "SPS Performance Package 20 FT with Transom Fuel Tank 903285" but it doesn't show capacity. I cant find anything that verifies this but I recall it has a 32gal tank. Does that...
Although there is ~6" porthole to access the KUS SSL-21 sending unit, the wire lead from the helm is too short and I cant access the plug that connects the helm lead to the sending unit. The plug is about 6" outboard of the access hole perimeter and I cannot get two hands in there to unplug it...
My 20LLG sits broadside due west when docked and the bow seats catch a lot of sun when the cover is not on.
Anyone have any recommendations on a protectorant to apply?
Amyone had any luck with aftermarket seat covers to keep the sun off?
Im in a rural area and there arent any marine...
