Do you put anything on the toons after to protect or seal them?

Are you washing the exterior with the Ivory as well? That’s my question, what are people using to wash the exterior of their boat understanding that there are a lot of soaps that can’t be used on the interior. Are people using two different soaps, one for interior & a different one for the exterior?

I’m clear on the Simtex cleaning but last year I washed the top half separate from the bottom half, I’m looking for something now that’s safe on both surfaces as a general cleaner to get the heavy stuff before I focus on the top deck & pontoons, seems like Dawn may be the winner?
