I experienced the same issue. I move the winch bracket/support towards the tongue two inches and it made a huge difference and solved my issue. I constantly pull at 55-60 now with no issues.

I just did mine in my driveway. Yamalube and Yamaha filter cost me $52.00 total and about 1/2 hr of time. Very simple on my 115Hp. Previous boat (Cruiser 32') the haul out and in was done for free when in for service. However they had a simple and convenient process next to all the docks.
