mount your trolling motor on the side so when not down it doesn’t stick through front gate. Works great. Some posts on it.

I have one. First option I put on order form! Would not be without it! Yes it folds down and rests on front deck. You will find you are glad you ordered it.

I put the seat mount on. Very easy install. Also ran a fish finder (mounted on a piece of wood) which I can set on front deck.
