Thanks for the heads up! Yes, I was able to confirm with the installer that the pitman arms (side rails) will definitely be in the down position in my slip!

I recommend that you also visit the RV/MH Hall of Fame while you are there. It is less than 5 minutes from Bennington. Although we aren't RV people, we found the historical exhibits to be pretty fascinating.
