I just went through the same issue 2012 2575 QCW. It ended up being my battery switch. The plastic base broke and was turning freely so it was not connecting to the batteries. Replaced it and worked fine after.

Been having the same exact same issue for 3 seasons now and just saw your post. Look forward to fixing this problem and hoping it's the relay. Where did you get the replacement relay?

I’ve got the same problem on my 2012 qcw. Had it fixed by the dealer 3 times and this year it is unrepairable. Looking to get a new one but my Bennington dealer never returns calls. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement that is OEM?

I've got this exact setup on my Q2575. I love the setup and if you are into water sports the SHO 250 really helps pull skiers out of the water with no problem.

2575 QCW 250hp Yamaha ESP Anyone have problems with the voltmeter and trim gages sticking? I only have about 15hrs on the boat and have noticed that the voltmeter sticks at zero for a few minutes before going to 14v. Obviously, since the boat starts I know that the batteries are charged and on...
