Here’s a quick YouTube of what they look like and how they work…As you can see in the video it is a very low profile button that gets installed on your boat…

The best deal on stainless tumblers was a few years back when “Members Mark”/ Sam’s Club was selling the 30 ounce tumblers two for $11.00! These tumblers were the EXACT same as the Yeti, manufactured in the same plant as a matter of fact… I bought like 20 of them did some imprints on some of...
My flag poles are 12’ in length. The main pole is a 2 1/2” diameter anodized aluminum tube same diameter as the pylon but at the bottom I inserted a 1 3/4 “ piece of solid aluminum round so it literally fits exactly as the pylon. The pin that holds the pylon also holds my flag pole in place and...
Does anyone know if a Ski Pylon from a single engine QX model will fit in a 2024 twin engine Q?? The pylon for the older QX was in the rear of the center pontoon, the pylons for the newer twins are in each outer pontoon.
Reason I ask is I have a flagpole that I made for the older QX that fits...
It is apparently definitely there for functionality as my dealer said this...
"I’m sure they are there because the 8.5' wide sits a little lower in the water with the weight of the twin engines(25 inch outer pontoons versus 32 inch elliptical outer pontoons) and it banks corners harder than the...
Thanks! Apparently this splash guard is done differently on the 8 1/2' beam models...not sure why but I have confirmed that with my dealer. Waiting for some input from Bennington on this. The simple fix would be to just trim it back behind the rub rail. I can't imagine that would affect anything...
I had the opportunity to see my new boat today at my dealer. I was surprised to see a rear splash guard on both port and starboard. This splash guard is made out of 1/8” aluminum, is rather sharp and sticks out at least an inch beyond the outer most point of the rub rail. I honestly don't see...
As I have posted previously here, I have a custom Q27x2 on order with Bennington. I was trying to make a factory visit to see it while under production but everything came up and happened so quick I just couldn’t go. So wasn’t I surprised when I got call from Gary at the Bennington factory...
Hi;
The reason I selected the Merc over the Yamaha is I have had both in the past on pontoons and prefer the quietness of the Mercury, especially the Verado. My last boat was a QX Sport with a 400 Verado and it was incredibly quiet and powerful. My pontoon before that was a Q series with a...
I have a Q27 custom with twin 300 joystick Verados currently on order. It is just about complete and should be shipping any day. While I can’t give you any first hand performance reports yet, based off everything I have seen and read, I am expecting 59-60 mph at WOT. Handling should be superb...
Julianna;
Just curious….when you say “cost” do you mean MSRP?? If not, what reduction percentage wise from MSRP is “cost”?
Thanks and congrats on your new boat!
Dan
I believe you find that those purchasing new boats will get the same PERCENTAGE reduction off MSRP as they did during the pre-covid years…somewhere in the 25%-30% range….
