Have a 2021 LL 21 SPS package, Seastar steering, SS 14.5 x 15 prop (Yamaha recommends) top speed with 2 at 5900 RPM 41 mph. I would like more speed and bit better hole shot. Would changing to the new 2024 SHO max 150, which is 29 lbs lighter provide better performance and would it allow for a...
if they are charging you extra then screw them, take it to a beach, lift the motor, take about the prop wrench out and remove. Inspect add some prop grease. done. takes maybe 10 minutes at the most. Very simple and easy.
As a UW Husky fan, MSU is getting a great coach in Smith. Pisser we are going to continue to face him in the Big 10 going foward. Always gave us fits playing his beavers.
Jack thanks for responding. That’s my issue per Bennington you need to have at least a 22 foot to have more than a150. I love my 21 LL so I’m not going to sell it. The 21ll is 21’11 3/4 inches so it’s 22 plus I have the SPS package. So why not a 175 or 200 ? My thought is it’s a marketing...
Just to confirm you had an L series 21 foot with a 200. Did your dealer sell it that way or did you buy the boat then get the motor separate. My dealer say’s bennington won’t allow him to order with anything more than 150. Thanks
The sps package says it can handle up to a 200 hp. I have a 21LL with the Sps toons but bennington will not let you build your boat with no greater than a 150. Has anyone put a 175 or 200 on their 21 foot with the Sps passage
Terry do you. have a pic. There where no rivots on mine but the skirting did over lap. I just installed over the overlap. very small gap you don't even notice it.
